The Fort Huron Swing Set provides three levels of play area and many levels of fun! Three positions for swings and monkey bars allow plenty of room for physical exertion. An upper deck features a vinyl rip-stop mesh roof (or you can opt for a wooden roof if you choose the Select model) and a slide. At the other end of the set is a lookout tower and another slide. An optional climbing wall is a great choice as well. For narrower yards choose the Select which is the standard model turned at 90 degrees. The Plus model offers a super cool tubular slide and a higher 7-foot deck portion and picnic table. Whichever you choose your kids and their friends will be physically and creatively entertained all year. Sugar Island presents two distinct lines of materials designed for their durability and strength.PlayTEC™ Lumber is a wood/ plastic composite made with the latest technology and is 50% stronger than redwood or cedar. It’s a longer lasting safer material that requires no staining or sealing maintenance EVER! PlayTEC™ stays cool to the touch even in sunlight and because it allows less than 1% of moisture absorption it will not crack or splinter like wood meaning more durability and no slivers. Plus PlayTEC™ is environmentally friendly as it’s crafted from 60% recycled sawdust from cabinet shops and 40% plastic. #1 Southern Yellow Pine is chosen for its superior strength and durability over redwood and cedar. Sugar Island does not use wood with arsenic in it for any of our residential play systems. Surfaces are sanded smooth stained with child-safe latex stain and finally sealed.
