The Nottingham Playhouse is a Scandinavian pine house with an additional loft for fun and extra space. It comes complete with balustrade ladder floor two fixed and two opening windows. It's treated with ACQ a non-arsenic non-chromium and non-carcinogenic water-soluble preservative. The piece arrives ready to paint or stain. Use a suitable wood finish upon its installation again within three months and on an annual basis to ensure maximum longevity. Easy to assemble with panelized pieces and tongue-and-groove walls.
