Fully multi-coated glass in both Compacts insures a crisp field of view whether the ambient light is fat flat or failing.When there’s plenty of light mirage severely limits the use of more than 20X magnification anyway and in low light about 20X is all that’s useful unless you have an 80mm or larger objective lens.
