The Lumicon 1.5x - 1.8x Multiplier/Field Flattener Lens LL1020 has been custom computer-designed to increase image scale with the flattest possible field for photography with fast Newtonian Telescopes. This lens is suitable for use with f/3.5 to f/6 systems. It will turn an f/6 system into an effective f/9 or f/11 system. Excellent for planetary work and splitting double stars. Both lens surfaces are fully multicoated for minimal light loss.The LL1020 may be used visually as well. The Lumicon Multiplier lens yields a flat field of optimum focus and is ideal for use with flat field eyepieces such as the TeleVue Naglers or Pentax XLs.
