The McDermott Tournament Series Blade Pool Cue is constructed of Mexican bacote considered one of the most intriguing woods in the world on the forearm and sleeve. Bacote is a fairly dark wood with a rich interesting grain that results in a finely detailed surface. Two German brass index rings accent the design which is also offset by a genuine Irish linen wrap in walnut brown with white specks. The wrap has been pressed and polished for a sure grip.This cue features the exclusive McDermott Impact Control Ring made from a polymer matrix composite developed by NASA to maximize feel.
